Pop of red

I love my red Celine Nano. It’s the perfect little bag that fits everything. I took it with me today while shopping with my best friend for her wedding. We hit a few stores, including Zara…….( next post will show my finds!) I think that a red bag is essential in every wardrobe because it’s a bright color that adds zest, but it’s also surprisingly neutral. Red bags go with almost everything. Here are some other great choices for small red bags/clutches. This Loeffler Randall one is adorable, and I love this Rebecca Minkoff clutch, and this one as well. I also live in denim chambray shirts….so comfy and easy to pair with everything! I am wearing this awesome one from Forever 21. This one is a good choice, and this one as well. Can’t wait for Fall!!!

“Get the look for less” in action! Leather jacket with fur panel

As you all remember, I did a post a few days ago about how you can get the look for less. You can read that post here. Well, I finally had the chance to sport my new Adrienne Landau fur vest, (that I scored for a crazy price on ebay, if you remember!), with my Mike and Chris Leather jacket! Thank God the weather was nice enough today for me to wear it! I paired it with a dress, tights, Acne boots, and my Celine tote, and I was good to go for a day in the city! What do you think of the look? (By the way, if you haven’t yet, invest in fleece lined tights for winter! They are super warm, and they are still thin and slimming. Night out in the city

Join me for a gorgeous night in the city! 😉 My boyfriend and I went to a meeting tonight to discuss a possible partnership for my blog. I decided to snap some shots on the train heading to the city, and to also snap some in the gorgeous lobby of the hotel where our meeting was held. It was another beautiful day in NYC! 65 degrees at 7pm? I hope this amazing weather keeps up! I prefer leather jackets over down coats any day! Winter can wait!

I fell in love with this hotel lobby! That circular fish tank was amazing! And those fish were huge, and had teeth! LOL The decor was gorgeous. I will definitely be stopping by again, so beautiful!

As you can see, I can’t stop wearing my Balenciaga jacket. It’s so comfortable and I love the quilting! I hope the weather stays warm like this so I have more chances to sport it! What do you think? xoxoxo

Hanging onto Fall!

I don’t know about you, but Fall is my favorite time of year. I love the changing of the leaves, hot apple cider, pumpkin pie, and best of all….it’s jacket weather!!! Yea!!! I love leather jackets. I have a large collection ranging from Gap, to Andrew Marc, to Balenciaga. The moment the air gets crisp, I reach for a leather jacket, throw it on, and get out and enjoy the gorgeous Fall air in NYC. Here are some photos from yesterday. I grabbed my Mike & Chris Eames leather jacket with the detachable hood. I love the quality of the leather, it’s super soft and distressed. I also love the detailing on the front of the jacket, the chest panels with brass buttons add a tough edge, while the detachable hood is practical. LOVE.
